Many things are happening around us that demand creative change, so we need to adjust and pivot nimbly to mitigate disruption. Uncertainty is prevalent. How we respond to uncertainty, especially in complex situations like this, may be the difference of humanity and building community instead of a scarcity mentality that drives us all apart.
Creative change may mean working differently which very well could lead to new opportunities and skill development useful beyond this current situation.
With thoughtful design and creative approaches that soundly work, you will experience virtual meetings better than you can imagine or have ever experienced virtual meetings in the past. It is time to do our work better together despite social distancing and other challenges.

A few of my favorite things... for virtual meetings. Check out this blog I wrote a while back. It's a timely resource today. And if you want some help on how to maximize use of these tools, happy to train and help you practice.
No doubt, our context has changed with COVID-19.
There are certainly many sad hardships: deaths from COVID-19 infections, demands on brave healthcare professionals and facilities, closure of non-essential businesses resulting in layoffs, and supply chain interruptions, to name a few.
If we pay attention, we may also experience “silver linings” to social distancing, such as more family time, perhaps more home-cooked meals, and sharing around the dinner table. My sister mentioned a positive for her and her teammates in reflection of reduced travel; it may create more time to complete projects that have been pushed to the back burner. Less travel and no commuting are also beneficial to the environment by reducing carbon emissions.
Wishing you health, safety and blessing of many "silver linings".
